The Cover-Ups were a fab all female combo who first burst onto the Los Angeles scene in 1998 & spent the next 5 years kicking up a storm on the US West Coast playing a super smooth & super catchy brand of trad ska, rocksteady & reggae. Now over 2 decades later Steady Beat are set to release 2 of the band’s super rare studio recordings from 1999, “Crush” & “Slow Motion”, on limited edition pink vinyl. -Do the ska music.

Cien Años a beloved mexican ballad made famous by Pedro Infante in the late 50’s has been given the “Tony D” treatment, transformed it into a catchy Ska beat and gave it a new sound. “Tell Me” is an original composition and speaks of heartbreak and never actually knowing of where love takes you.
