Staring off the new year with new music from The Reckless Night Ensemble playing the Lalo Guerrero Song Book. We selected 2 tracks from this session and decided to put them on wax .

In the early 2000’s, Skip, the leader of the band, worked extensively with Lalo Guerrero, the Father of Chicano Music, leading a band playing arrangements from his groundbreaking vintage recordings. This lead to record the 7 song session. Available for pre-sale here and will deliver at the beginning of March.

The Alex Santos Orchestra has been busy in the studio putting in work on the finishing touches on their upcoming 7″ vinyl release of Luis Santi’s Los Feligreses backed with Tempo 70’s El Galleton. Sounds like a party starter already. be on the look out in April 2021.
